Why nobody shows you, and what to put on the site so they do
The flagship of OperStack and the reason the company exists at all. An audit of your site with the edits already made for you: a hundred pages, five rivals beside it, and three files you only have to put on the site. The report arrives within the hour; a person then goes over it by hand. One price: $149.
In plain words
You name your website address, we read a hundred pages of it and send back a report within the hour, in plain words: what stops your site from being found in Google and quoted by AI assistants, what to fix first, what each fix costs, and a plan. With it come three files you only have to put on the site, and five rivals measured beside you. Within five working days a person goes over the same report by hand and writes separately. Everything is written down, nothing depends on a call. You can hand the plan to any developer or ask us to do the work.
Who it is for
A business owner whose site does not bring enquiries and who wants to know why before spending more
A marketer who needs a written plan with prices to get a budget approved
An agency that wants a second opinion on a client site
What you actually do
Send the site address and how to reach you
Pay for the audit at the top of this page

What you need before you start
What
Cost
Why
Your site address
Free
That is the whole requirement for the $149 report. Every score in it is computed from what anyone can read on your site for nothing.
Search Console, optional
Free, with your own free Google account
Give read-only access and we add your real queries and positions at no extra cost. Setting it up takes about ten minutes and is worth having whether you buy an audit or not.
No paid tool, ever
Free
No score in your report comes from a service you would have to subscribe to. If we ever quote a paid tool, that row is marked as a note and counted in nothing, so you can re-run the audit yourself and get the same numbers.
What you get
A finished llms.txt: the map of your site for AI, assembled from your own pages. Put it in the root and an answer engine reads it instead of crawling everything
Finished Organization markup for your homepage. Every value was read from your site, and anything your site does not state is marked “fill this in yourself” rather than invented for you
Fixed titles and descriptions: what is there now, why it is a problem, and what to put. Assembled from the page’s own H1 and first paragraph, so length and structure are fixed and the meaning is not rewritten
A hundred pages of your site read one by one, not a sample of twenty. A real browser also measures how much of your text is invisible without JavaScript, because the fetchers that quote you do not run scripts
Five rivals in one table, scored by the same code. The question stops being “am I bad” and becomes “where exactly am I worse”
Three re-checks by the same code, at 30, 60 and 90 days: you see whether it moved
A demand map: what people in your niche actually search for and which pages you have nothing for. We pay for the volumes, and the report says how to reproduce them free with your own account
A week-by-week plan: what to fix first and why, not a list of forty items
Every finding also written as a task you paste into Cursor or Claude Code: the state now, what to change, how to know it is done
The report arrives within the hour, not days: a hundred pages and five rivals are read and every finding is checked against your site automatically
A person then goes over the same report by hand and writes separately within five working days: either what they add to it, or that the report was reviewed with all its recommendations and the order of work stands
How it works
Name the site. Paying brings an email with a link to a form: your site address and up to five rivals. Leave the rival fields empty if you have none in mind. Read-only access to your own Search Console is optional.
Read a hundred pages. Plus robots.txt, the sitemap, llms.txt, the markup, the forms and the path to contact. The same code reads the rivals. The robot goes slowly and obeys your site’s own rules, so the reading puts nothing under strain.
Report and files, then re-checks. The report by email within the hour, with the finished files attached separately so you do not retype them out of a PDF. Within five working days, the letter from the person who went over it by hand. Then three re-checks, at 30, 60 and 90 days.
What it is not for
Sites with fewer than ten pages: run the free gates instead
Anyone who wants their site text rewritten: the finished files fix length and structure, and the words come from your own pages
Keyword research and backlink audits: separate work, quoted on request
Part of what the audit looks for, shown before and after the work on 15 of our sites (the 13 content sites plus oper-stack.com and oper-stack.ru), measured on 11 and 12 September 2026.
Why I share this
I sell property to international buyers. It is a niche where a single advertising lead costs more than most products on this page, and where the buyer reads for weeks before writing to anyone. For years the enquiries came from paid ads. Then I built content sites that answer the questions those buyers ask, and the enquiries started arriving on their own: from Google first, then, more and more, from ChatGPT and Perplexity, which quote the pages when someone asks.
The numbers are on the cases page, site by site: clicks from Google up 249 percent across thirteen sites in more than ten countries, the first 28 days of June against the 28 days to 25 September 2026, and a new site that went from 3 clicks in its first 28 days to 98. Every tool on this page is a piece of the pipeline behind those sites, stripped of my data and packaged so you can run it in your own niche: the method for finding what a market actually searches for, the page shapes that get quoted, and the checks that stop a bad page from going live.
I am not a software company. I am an operator who got tired of paying for every lead, and these are the tools I use every week. If they work for you the way they work for me, tell me; if they do not, the refund policy says exactly what comes back and when.
Prefer to ask first? Send this and we will answer. To buy straight away, use the button at the top of the page: card payment, and the order reaches us the moment it clears.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the free check?
The free check reads ten pages and scores one area, visibility in AI. The audit reads a hundred, scores six areas, puts five rivals beside you, and hands over finished files you only have to put on the site.
Will you write my copy for me?
No, and we do not promise it. The finished files fix length and structure; the words come from your own pages. We will not invent what your business does: an invented fact in your markup gets read by a search engine and by an AI.
What if a rival blocks robots?
Then the table shows a dash and that server’s status code, not a zero we made up. And that is a finding in itself: protection that turned us away turns ChatGPT and Perplexity away the same way.
What do you need from us?
The URL. Read-only access to your own Search Console is optional: give it and we add your real queries and positions at no extra cost.
What happens after the audit?
Two packages. Fix at $249 closes the checks that do not need your subject knowledge, against a list we agree before you pay. Foundation starts at $500 and adds the writing: the opening paragraphs, the named sources and the missing pages, quoted after the audit because the price depends on how many pages earn impressions.
