How it works

  1. Export. Whatever you already have: Intercom, Crisp, Zendesk, a CRM, a WhatsApp thread, a text file of notes after calls. One line per turn is enough.
  2. Run one command. Point it at the folder and at your site. It reads the files locally and fetches your own public pages, nothing else.
  3. Write the top five. The first rows under "no page for it" are subjects people already come to you about while your site is silent.

I sell property to international buyers. It is a niche where a single advertising lead costs more than most products on this page, and where the buyer reads for weeks before writing to anyone. Frequently asked questions

Do my conversations get uploaded?
No. They are read on your own machine. The only request that leaves it goes to your own website, which is what a search engine does anyway. There is no account, no key and no telemetry in the package.
What formats does it read?
Plain text, Markdown, CSV, TSV, JSON and log files, from a folder or a single file. No particular export shape is required beyond one line per turn.
How does it decide a question is answered?
Each question is reduced to its meaningful words, weighted so words appearing on every page count for almost nothing, and the site is searched for the single paragraph carrying most of that weight. Words scattered across a long page do not count.
Does it work in Russian?
Yes, and in English. Both are handled in the same run: it detects which side of a conversation is the customer in either language.
What if I want the pages written too?
That is the Foundation package, from 500 USD, which starts from exactly this list.
