What you need before you start

  1. Add the marketplace. /plugin marketplace add oper-stack/claude-plugins
  2. Install. /plugin install operstack-seo@operstack
  3. Install the gates in the site. npm i -D @operstack/gates so the hook runs without a network fetch.

What it is not for

Why I share this

I sell property to international buyers. It is a niche where a single advertising lead costs more than most products on this page, and where the buyer reads for weeks before writing to anyone. For years the enquiries came from paid ads. Then I built content sites that answer the questions those buyers ask, and the enquiries started arriving on their own: from Google first, then, more and more, from ChatGPT and Perplexity, which quote the pages when someone asks.

Every tool on this page is a piece of the pipeline behind those sites, stripped of my data and packaged so you can run it in your own niche: the method for finding what a market actually searches for, the page shapes that get quoted, and the checks that stop a bad page from going live.

Frequently asked questions

Does the hook slow editing down?
It runs six offline gates on the site after a Write or Edit under src/content, usually under two seconds on a few hundred pages, and prints only the findings for the file you touched.
Can it publish or index on its own?
No. Deploy and indexing run only when you ask in the current task. The rules say so and the commands check it.
Where does the AI-visibility data come from?
A GA4 MCP server in the session, or a CSV you export. Without either it explains how to get the data and stops; it never estimates.
