Our own sites: what changed when AI assistants could read them
OperStack came out of running these 13 sites. Each one got the same work: pages an AI assistant can
read, a short direct answer at the top, llms.txt and structured data. Below is what happened to
them, with the period and the source next to every number.

1,119 pages in the first 28 days, 1,667 now, including 745 project cards with prices.
A short answer at the top of each page: from 29 March, and page-specific rewrites of 457 pages on 23 August. 1,480 pages carry one now.
llms.txt from 17 April; a priced project catalogue added to it on 25 September.
Structured data from launch (Organization, FAQ, Article), then Wikidata, a named author and prices on project cards (13 September).
AI search crawlers (GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot) named and allowed in robots.txt from 22 June.

How we counted
Clicks and impressions: Google Search Console, the same property owners see. Equal 28-day windows; the latest ends 25 September 2026, the last day with data on 28 September 2026.
Visits from AI assistants: GA4 sessions whose source is ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude or Gemini. One test visit of our own was removed.
Enquiries: GA4 key event for a sent enquiry form. Taps on WhatsApp or Telegram are named separately and not counted as enquiries.
Enquiries and payments: our own lead tracker, each enquiry matched to its first visit in GA4.
More clicks came from more pages as well as from the answer-first work. We do not claim which of the two moved each number.
