One person answers both of these, usually within 24 hours. An audit takes one to three working days once the order is confirmed, and five at the most. There is no call to book: everything we sell is delivered in writing.

What to send if you want an audit

The address of the site, and that is genuinely all for the 149 USD report. If you want the 199 USD tier, say so and we will send the two read-only access requests: one for your own Google Search Console and one for your own Bing Webmaster Tools. Both are free and stay yours. We never ask for administrator rights to anything.

What happens next

1. Within 24 hours. A written confirmation of the scope and the price, or a reason why we are not the right people for it.
2. One to three working days. The report, as a PDF, with every score computed from checks you can repeat yourself.
3. Five working days at the most. If anything takes longer, we tell you before the deadline rather than after it.
