Refund policy

Watch starts with 7 free days. Site Kit, the course and Pain to SEO can be refunded for seven days, and the audit until data collection starts. Every product is paid through Whop. Here is how each one works.

OperStack Watch (subscription)

$35 a month or $299 a year. The first 7 days are free: a card is taken at checkout, and if you cancel within the 7 days you are not charged at all. In the free days you get the first report, every finding by name and one fix written out in full. Full fix list and weekly progress unlock with your first payment. Every Watch email carries the cancel link; it is also in your Whop account.
After the free days the subscription renews every month (or every year, if you chose yearly). Cancel any time and you are not charged again; the weekly letters run to the end of the period you already paid for.
Periods already paid for are not refunded. That is what the free week is for: to decide before any money moves.

Site Kit (licence)

Seven days from purchase, in full. Tell us in one line what did not work so we can fix it; the refund does not depend on the answer.
Write to info@oper-stack.com from the email on the order and include the order number. We approve within five working days; the money then goes back through Whop to the original payment method, which can take a further five to ten working days depending on your bank.
A refunded licence key is revoked. The gates, published on npm under the MIT licence, stay yours under that licence.
After seven days we do not refund the licence. Email support stays available for the licence term, and bugs in the kit that we can reproduce get fixed.

Invisible to ChatGPT (course) and Pain to SEO

Seven days from purchase, in full, the same way the money came. You do not have to explain why.
Ask the same way as for the Site Kit: one email to info@oper-stack.com from the address on the order, with the order number.

SEO, AEO and GEO audit

Full refund if you ask before you send the form that names your site: data collection starts when the form arrives. Until then, one email cancels the order.
Once collection has started, the fee is not refunded. You still get the report, the review by a person and one round of written corrections.
If the letter from the person has not arrived within five working days of the report and we have not agreed a new date with you, you may cancel for a full refund even after collection started.

Fix and Foundation, setup work and retainers

Fix and Foundation are paid only after the list of work is agreed in writing. On Fix, anything on that list we do not close comes back as a refund of its share. Beyond that, each quote states its own cancellation terms. Unless the quote says otherwise, work already delivered is invoiced pro rata and phases that have not started are refunded in full.

Free products

Nothing to refund: the AI visibility check, the AI visit counter, the gates, the starter, the plugin and the MCP server are free.

How to ask

Email info@oper-stack.com from the address on the order, with the order number. We reply within two working days. Every payment goes through Whop, so the refund goes back through Whop to the card or account you paid with.

Chargebacks

A chargeback costs both of us more than a refund. Write first: every refund this policy allows is granted without argument.

Consumers in the EU and the UK

Your statutory rights apply in addition to this policy, never instead of it.
