Privacy policy

What OperStack collects when you use this site, why, where it goes, how long it stays, and how to ask for a copy or deletion.

Who is responsible

OperStack (oper-stack.com) is a trading name used by Maksim Shchegolev, who operates it as a sole trader from Argentina. Questions about this policy go to legal@oper-stack.com.

What we collect and why

Where the data goes

Form submissions reach us in three places: the OperStack mailbox on Google Workspace, a private Telegram notification, and our lead database in Notion. Paid orders are processed by a merchant of record (Paddle, Lemon Squeezy or Whop, named on your receipt), which keeps the payment record under its own privacy policy. The site is hosted on Vercel; analytics run on Google Analytics 4.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and lead records: until the request is closed, and for up to two years after the last contact, unless a contract requires longer.
Order records: for as long as tax law requires the merchant of record and us to keep invoices.
AI visibility results: ten minutes in a cache, then gone. Nothing is stored unless you request the PDF and leave an email.
Analytics: under the retention settings of our Google Analytics property. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
Server logs: for the short period our hosting provider keeps them.

Cookies

The site sets Google Analytics cookies (names starting with _ga) to tell returning visitors from new ones. There are no advertising cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser does not break the site.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can object to analytics processing. Write to legal@oper-stack.com from the address you used with us; we answer within 30 days. If you live in the EU, the UK, Brazil, California or another place with its own privacy law, the rights that law gives you apply in addition.

Children

The site and the products are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced on this page for 30 days.
