Privacy policy

What OperStack collects when you use this site, why, where it goes, how long it stays, and how to ask for a copy or deletion.

Who is responsible

OperStack (oper-stack.com) is a trading name used by Maksim Shchegolev, who operates it as a sole trader from Argentina. Questions about this policy go to info@oper-stack.com.

What we collect and why

MCP server and AI assistants

When an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor calls the OperStack MCP server (https://oper-stack.com/api/mcp/ or https://oper-stack.com/api/openai/mcp/), it sends us only what the tool needs: the site addresses you asked about, and for the visit counter tools the counter token and site key you gave it. We use the addresses only to read those sites' public pages and return the result in the same call. We do not store the addresses or the results of these calls, and we do not receive your conversation with the assistant. The visit counter tools read the counts already stored for that counter; nothing new is written.

If you are a Watch subscriber and add your personal key, the server reads your own Watch reports with that key and counts calls per key to apply the daily limit. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard technical request logs for a short period to run the service. To ask about this data or have it deleted, write to info@oper-stack.com.

Where the data goes

Form submissions reach us in three places: the OperStack mailbox on Google Workspace, a private Telegram notification, and our lead database in Notion. Free-check records go to a private Google Sheet that only we can open. Paid orders and the Watch subscription are processed by Whop, named on your receipt, which keeps the payment record under its own privacy policy. The site is hosted on Vercel; analytics run on Google Analytics 4.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and lead records: until the request is closed, and for up to two years after the last contact, unless a contract requires longer.
Order records: for as long as tax law requires Whop and us to keep invoices.
Free AI visibility checks: the score is cached for ten minutes so a repeat check is instant. One line for each check, holding the address checked, the score and the referring link, is kept for up to two years. If you leave an email for the report, the line holds that too, and you can have it deleted at any time by writing to us.
Analytics: under the retention settings of our Google Analytics property. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
Server logs: for the short period our hosting provider keeps them.

Cookies

The site sets Google Analytics cookies (names starting with _ga) to tell returning visitors from new ones. There are no advertising cookies. If you arrive through a partner link (an address ending in ?a= and a name), the site keeps that partner's Whop username in a cookie named os_aff for 30 days and adds it to the links to our Whop checkout, so the partner is credited if you buy. Blocking cookies in your browser does not break the site.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can object to analytics processing. Write to info@oper-stack.com from the address you used with us; we answer within 30 days. If you live in the EU, the UK, Brazil, California or another place with its own privacy law, the rights that law gives you apply in addition.

Children

The site and the products are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced on this page for 30 days.
