The rules for using this site, the free tools, the paid products and the audit. Plain language, no surprises.
OperStack is a trading name used by Maksim Shchegolev, who operates it as a sole trader from Argentina ("OperStack", "we"). Legal questions: legal@oper-stack.com. Support: support@oper-stack.com.
The website oper-stack.com, the free tools published under the OperStack name (the sixteen gates, the Astro starter, the Claude Code plugin, the AI visibility check), the paid products (the Site Kit) and the services ordered through the site (the SEO, AEO and GEO audit and the fix packages quoted after it). By using the site or ordering a product you accept these terms. The Site Kit also has its own end user licence agreement, shown at purchase; where the two differ, the licence agreement governs the kit.
The gates, the Astro starter and the Claude Code plugin are published under the MIT licence in their repositories. That licence governs them, not these terms. They are provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
The AI visibility check reads public pages of the site you enter and returns a score. It is a free, best-effort tool: the score is a reading of public signals on the day of the check, not a certification. You may run it on any public site; do not automate it beyond a few checks a minute.
Descriptions, prices and what each product includes are on the product pages. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the merchant of record has to collect it.
Paid products are sold through a merchant of record: Paddle, Lemon Squeezy or Whop, depending on the product and your country. The reseller's name is on the checkout page and on your receipt. It collects the payment, applies tax, issues the invoice and processes refunds under our refund policy. We never see your card number.
For the audit, we confirm scope by email first and send a payment link. Work starts when the payment clears.
Licence keys go to the email on the order within minutes of payment; if nothing has arrived in an hour, write to support. Audits are delivered by email as a PDF. Nothing is shipped physically.
The refund policy is part of these terms. In short: seven days for the Site Kit, and a full refund on the audit until data collection starts.
The OperStack name and logo, the texts on this site, the paid modules of the Site Kit and the audit reports are ours or licensed to us. The MIT-licensed products are yours to use under that licence. An audit report is yours to use inside your company and with your contractors. You may quote this site with attribution and a link.
Search engines and AI answer engines change without notice. Our tools and reports describe what a site does today and what is likely to help; they do not promise a ranking, a citation, a traffic figure or a number of leads, and nothing on this site is a forecast. The products are provided as is, and to the extent the law allows we exclude implied warranties.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including the protections consumers have under their own law.
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes with them. An order keeps the terms that were in force when it was placed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Before any court, write to legal@oper-stack.com: most issues are solved by email within a week. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of your own country stay in place.
