Paid, per site

What to Fix on Your Site, Written Out Task by Task, 9 USD

Every problem found on your site, rewritten as a task you can hand to anyone: whoever built your site, or an assistant like ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor. Each task says what your site does now, what to change, and how to check it is done. The full measurement comes with it. 9 USD, one site, by email.

In plain words

You pay nine dollars, type the address of your site into one field, and two files arrive by email. The first is a list of tasks: one for every problem found on your site, each written in plain words. Take a task, hand it to whoever looks after your site or paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor, and the work gets done. Each task tells you what your site does now, what to change, and how to check the change worked. The second file is the measurement the tasks came from: what a search engine and an AI can and cannot see on up to twenty of your pages. You do not need to know any code and you do not need a terminal.

What it is not for

Why I share this

I sell property to international buyers. It is a niche where a single advertising lead costs more than most products on this page, and where the buyer reads for weeks before writing to anyone. For years the enquiries came from paid ads. Then I built content sites that answer the questions those buyers ask, and the enquiries started arriving on their own: from Google first, then, more and more, from ChatGPT and Perplexity, which quote the pages when someone asks.

The numbers are on the cases page: organic clicks up 279 percent month over month across thirteen brands in more than ten countries, and a brand-new site that reached its first organic traction within six weeks of going live. Every tool on this page is a piece of the pipeline behind those sites, stripped of my data and packaged so you can run it in your own niche: the method for finding what a market actually searches for, the page shapes that get quoted, and the checks that stop a bad page from going live.

I am not a software company. I am an operator who got tired of paying for every lead, and these are the tools I use every week. If they work for you the way they work for me, tell me; if they do not, the refund is seven days and no questions.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every task is written in plain words. You hand one to whoever looks after your site, or paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor and let the assistant do the work. Your part is to say what to do and look at the result.
What do I actually do with the tasks?
Take one task, copy it whole including the "Now" and "How to check" lines, and give it to a person or an assistant. When it comes back, check it against the "How to check" line, then take the next one. One at a time is deliberate: an assistant given ten tasks at once does the first and half of the rest.
How is this different from the free check?
The free check opens one page and gives you a score. This opens up to twenty pages, runs every check behind the paid audit, and turns each failure into a task you can hand over. The free check tells you there is a problem; this tells you what to say to get it fixed.
Does a person read my report?
No. Every number is measured and the wording is drafted from those measurements. If you want a person to read each finding and write what it means for your business, that is the 149 USD audit.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You type your address into one field and two files arrive by email.
Do you keep my data?
No. The address of your site lives only until the files have been sent. Nothing about your site is stored afterwards and nothing is shared.
Can I run this myself for nothing?
Yes, if you use a terminal: the tool behind it is @operstack/audit on npm under an MIT licence. What you are paying for here is not having to.
