Free written assessment

Send your site and a few lines about how inbound works today. Within two working days you get a written reply: where leads leak, which module fixes it, and a fixed price. No call, no deck, no obligation, and you keep the reply either way.

The four counts

Almost every inbound problem shows up as a gap between two of these. Teams usually know one of the numbers and assume the other three. If you have them, put them in the form; if not, the inbound lead audit guide shows how to get them from your own systems in an afternoon.

  1. Arrived. Requests submitted across every channel, including the ones that never reached a system.
  2. Created. Records that exist in the CRM. The gap to arrived is a capture or integration failure.
  3. Owned. Records with a live, correct owner. The gap here is almost always a routing rule with no fallback branch.
  4. Worked. Records that received a real first response. The gap is coverage, capacity, or a queue nobody watches.

What you get

What we need from you

We do not ask for access to production systems, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does at this stage. Want an instant reading first? The free AI visibility check scores any site in ten seconds.

What this is not

Not a maturity score. Scoring an organisation from one to five creates a gap and positions the scorer to fill it. Not a vendor shortlist either: we take no commission from any tool, which is why a recommendation is sometimes to change a setting rather than buy anything. And not a call: a working session is part of fix packages and setups from 1,000 USD.

After the assessment

If something is worth building, it is quoted per module against the services and priced on the pricing page. The most common outcomes are lead routing setup, AI automation services, and lead management system setup. For search and AI visibility there is the written SEO, AEO and GEO audit with a price on the page.

Frequently asked questions

Is the assessment free?
Yes. You send the form, we reply in writing within two working days: which module moves your number, a fixed price for it, and, if the honest answer is that nothing we sell would help, that answer. No obligation either way.
What do you need from us?
The site address, a few lines about how inbound works today (site, forms, chat, CRM, who follows up), and the number you want to move. Screenshots help; access to production systems is never needed at this stage.
Is there a call?
Not at this stage: everything is in writing, so you can read it when it suits you and forward it to whoever decides. A working call is part of fix packages and setups from 1,000 USD.
What do I get back?
A written reply with the gap we see, the module that addresses it, what it costs and what it does not cover. Paid work is quoted with a fixed scope and a fixed price; nothing starts without your yes.
What if the answer is that we do not need you?
Then we say so. If the fix is a setting in software you already pay for, we name the setting. If your funnel converts fine and the constraint is traffic, no automation changes that arithmetic and you should know it early.
Can we check the site ourselves first?
Yes. The free AI visibility check scores any site in ten seconds, and the inbound lead audit guide publishes the full method, so you can reconcile your own numbers before writing to us.
